| INTRODUCING THE FAIRPLAY PROJECT

The FairPlay Project was founded by three experienced sports coaches — Harry, Brad and Sam — who share a passion for ensuring every child has access to a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment during school half-term breaks.
Recognising the challenges many families face during holiday periods, the FairPlay Project was created to provide high-quality holiday sports camps where children can stay active, build confidence and most importantly have fun.
Our camps offer structured, engaging activities led by qualified coaches, giving children the opportunity to develop teamwork, social skills and a love for movement in a positive and inclusive setting. Whether taking part in games, team challenges or creative activities, every child is encouraged to participate at their own pace.
At the FairPlay Project, we believe that every child deserves the chance to play, feel safe and belong. Our sessions are built around enjoyment, respect and fair play, helping young people create happy memories during the school holidays.

| OUR STORY
The FairPlay Project was created from a shared passion for supporting children and young people across our community.

Before coming together, Harry, Brad and Sam each ran their own successful businesses working with children from a wide range of backgrounds. Through sports coaching, youth engagement and holiday provision, we had all seen first-hand the positive impact that safe, structured and inclusive activities can have on young people — particularly during school holidays.
Across our individual work, we also recognised the growing challenges faced by families during half-term and holiday periods. Many children lack access to safe spaces, positive role models and affordable activities, leaving a gap in provision at a time when support is needed most.
By combining our experience, values and expertise, we formed The FairPlay Project Community Interest Company (CIC) — bringing together our strengths to create something bigger, more accessible and more impactful for the city.
Our vision is bold but simple:
To become Bristol’s largest free holiday club provider.

Through our free holiday camps, we aim to ensure that every child — regardless of background or circumstance — has the opportunity to enjoy their school break in a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment.
The FairPlay Project delivers engaging sports sessions, creative activities and inclusive play opportunities that promote confidence, wellbeing and teamwork. Everything we do is built around our core belief that every child deserves the chance to play, feel valued and belong.
As a CIC, all profits are reinvested back into the community, allowing us to expand our reach, remove financial barriers and support even more families across Bristol.
Our journey is only just beginning — but our commitment remains clear:
to create positive holiday experiences, lasting memories and brighter futures for young people across our city.
